What is B2B?
B2B stands for business to business and describes commercial relationships between organizations. The evaluation may involve multiple decision-makers and purchasing conditions, depending on the product and the company.
So a B2B sale or activity is a transaction that takes place from one company to another, unlike B2C, where the objective at all times is the end consumer.
Negotiation, although sometimes handled by managers experienced in the field, tends to be quick and effective; for beginners, it becomes complex and often delayed. In fact, closing this type of business can involve a larger number of people.
This is because the “client” usually knows the simple techniques for winning and attracting business and demands greater creativity, honesty, ingenuity, and an offer that does not minimize compensation but also does not maximize the investment.
However, it is a business model widely used by companies, due to the enormous benefits in terms of time, quality of compensation, and customer loyalty that both parties usually obtain.
