What is RGB?
RGB is a color model that combines red, green, and blue. It is used to represent color on screens; its appearance also depends on the device and on color management.
When you read a document or display an image on the screen, the colors are composed using the RGB color mode (red, green, and blue) because all the pixels on the screen are made up of these three colors.
In photographs printed with an offset printer or a home or industrial inkjet printer, color is produced using CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black), which is the color of the printer ink. CLIP STUDIO PAINT combines both color modes, and it is important to distinguish between them, since they follow different color reproduction processes.
Thanks to trichromacy, we can perceive the additive primary colors. Given three light sources, if each one transmits a wavelength such that the three sources cover the entire visible spectrum, white will be perceived.
